Amateur Radio Licensing Rules Relaxation Lauded by Amateur Radio Gifts

(PRWEB) April 6, 2006 -- The relaxing of the current rules (i.e. 5 words per minute Morse code all the way up, no code for some lower class license) Amateur Radio Gifts is selling to the clubs, individual Ham operator, or those with special needs T-shirts, round paperweights, oblong paperweights, and coffee mugs.     These will sufficiently advertise their coming events or their past accomplishment(s).

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has relaxed testing procedures for Amateur Radio to make testing easier than what it was before. After some pressure by Amateur Radio Operators (Hams) World wide to their licensing bureaus, the world frequency allocation organization was able to relax the rules concerning licensing to use these frequencies, thus giving FCC the ability to relax our licensing.

Years ago the FCC allowed certain organizations to allow higher class licensees the ability to give and certify tests for Ham operator. Different Amateur Radio Clubs then have certain members that volunteer their time and expertise to sometimes give classes and license test exams. The people who pass this test and are certified by these examiners are issued a license or upgrade by the FCC.
